Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the tramoa.com website and the Tramoa dashboard (app.tramoa.com). Contracting and using the service are also governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which prevail over this notice on the matters they govern.

What Tramoa offers
Tramoa is a service for travel agencies: an artificial intelligence assistant that answers the agency's customers on the agency's WhatsApp, with a dashboard to set it up and follow the conversations. What each plan includes is published on the website.
How to contract
Tramoa is contracted online, and only by businesses and professionals in the travel sector. As required by Article 27 of the LSSI-CE, these are the steps:
- You create your agency's account on the website, with your email and a password.
- You expressly accept the Terms of Service, the DPA and the Privacy Policy, with a specific checkbox.
- You confirm your email with the link we send you.
- You set up your assistant from the dashboard and, when you want to activate it, you add a card: the first 7 days are free and the first charge comes on day 8.
Filing of the contract: the contract (the Terms in force when you signed up, your details and the record of your acceptance) is kept in Tramoa's systems, and you can ask us for a copy at contact@tramoa.com.
Correcting errors: before submitting the sign-up form you can review and correct your details. Afterwards, you can change them from the dashboard or by writing to us.
Languages: the contract can be concluded in Spanish or in English. The Spanish version is the binding one.
Intellectual and industrial property
The content of tramoa.com and of the dashboard (texts, design, code, logos, the Tramoa brand and other signs) belongs to Tramoa or to those who have allowed it to use them, and is protected by law. It may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or exploited in any other way without Tramoa's written authorisation.
What an agency uploads to Tramoa remains its own, under the Terms of Service.
Third-party trademarks
WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Tramoa is a technology provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform, but it is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta. The other trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
The website and the dashboard may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Stripe or Cloudflare. Tramoa does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or their policies: we recommend reading their terms before using them.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website and the dashboard working well and securely, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. Liability for the contracted service is governed by the Terms of Service. Nothing in this notice limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the law, the website or the service change. The version in force is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
Applicable law and courts
This notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties will try to resolve any disagreement amicably and, failing that, the courts of the city of Madrid will have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
